What is the Ring of Fame?

The Circus Ring of Fame annually recognizes those who have made significant contributions to the circus. Since The Rings inception in 1988, it has honored 66 individuals and groups.  Each year’s ceremony includes the unveiling of a commemorative plaque for a new honoree at The Ring is administered by the Circus Ring of Fame Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of our traditional circus heritage.

What do the color flags mean?

The flags on the lamp posts correspond with the color coded St. Armands map and the directories on each corner of each quadrant.

Where is the beach?

The closest beach is Lido Beach.

There are no public restrooms on the Circle, but many stores have restrooms. Handicap facilities are available at most of the large restaurants.
